How to book

You can book online or by phone. We would recommend booking online if possible, as our phones can get very busy.

When booking online, go to our Season & Events page for more information about all the operas and other events taking place during our 2019 Season. You can book from each individual production or event page.

To save time, you should log in or create a new account before booking opens.

If you have an existing Opera Holland Park account but haven’t logged in since the beginning of December 2018, you will need to set a new password. This is for security reasons, as we have recently changed to a new booking system and website. To do this, go to My Account, click the link that says ‘Reset password’ beside ‘Forgotten your password?’ and follow the instructions.

If you have any problems or wish to book over the phone, you can call our Box Office on 0300 999 1000. The phones are manned Monday-Friday, between 10am and 6pm.

We now accept payments using all major credit and debit cards, including American Express.

Choosing your seats

If you wish to peruse our seating plan and ticket prices before beginning your booking, you can find these on this page.

Access

If you or any of the people in your party have any access needs, please call our Box Office to book on 0300 999 1000. You can find out more about accessibility at Opera Holland Park here.

This Season we will also offer two audio-described performances in partnership with VocalEyes: the first will be the matinee performance of Un ballo in maschera on Sunday 16 June at 2pm; the second will be the performance of our Double Bill, Il segreto di Susanna / Iolanta on Thursday 1 August at 7.30pm. Both performances will include a touch tour.

Picnics and Programmes

As in previous years, you can book a picnic table in one of our four picnic areas to eat on site before the performance and during the interval. When booking, please select the number of tables you need, not the number of people who will be eating with you. You must ensure that you book enough tables to accommodate your whole party, as we are unable to add extra seats to tables.

If you wish to order a picnic hamper for your pre-show meal, you can do this directly through our catering partner, The Admirable Crichton. Don’t forget that you will still need to book a picnic table for the correct performance. Order your picnic hamper here.

This year we will continue to offer four programmes, and you can order these in advance to pick up at the theatre. If you order all four programmes in advance you will get one free.

Member Pricing

If you are a Gold or Silver Member you are entitled to Member Pricing. This offers a saving of up to £8 per ticket across the entirety of the 2019 Season, as well as £5 off on picnic tables. When booking online, make sure you log in using the email address associated with your Membership to ensure your discounts are applied. Please note that Member Pricing is applied to the total in your Basket during the final stage of the booking process, so you may not see it straight away.

To take advantage of Member Pricing, you can join as a Silver Member for £75 at any time. Find out more here.

Pre-show talks and other events

Don’t forget to book for our four pre-show talks, which offer additional insights into each of the operas. These take place as follows:

A number of other events will also take place before and during the Season, and these can be booked now. When you book for three or more of our selected pre-season events you save 30% on each ticket. Find out more.
