OperaUNITY is back for 2022, with six new fun-packed, free to attend family workshops full of music, dancing and storytelling. Each session explores one of our 2022 Season productions, so you and the little ones in your life can enjoy the operas together.
Here at Opera Holland Park we know music and drama are key to a child’s development, and to family well-being. Our Inspire team has devised a series of OperaUNITY family workshops to give you and your children the chance to bond and unite through interactive music, movement and storytelling.
This year we’re running a combination of online and in person workshops, hosted through Zoom or at our airy and accessible theatre in Holland Park.
The workshops are aimed at children aged 0–5, and those with special educational needs. Each session blends music, movement, drama and storytelling, bringing opera to life with puppets, toys, live performances and singalong action.
The workshops take place every month before and during the Opera Holland Park 2022 Season, usually on the second Wednesday of the month at 10am. Each session lasts for approx. 45 mins.
