Join us for this special concert as part of Dementia Action Week.

Doors will open at 1.30pm.
Concert will begin at 2pm, and finish at 2.45pm, followed by tea.

Tickets are free but all guests must book a space following the link or via the Box Office on 0300 999 1000.
Due to health and safety capacities, we will not be able to admit anyone without a ticket.
