6.00pmJoin us for an exclusive tasting of Melton Mowbray beer and pies before the opening night of Jonathan Dove’s Itch
Round Corner Brewing make what they like to call “Uncommonly Good Beer”. At Opera Holland Park we completely agree with that – which is why for several years now, award-winning Round Corner beers have been available at the theatre bars.
This year they are joined at the bars with iconic pork pies from their Melton Mowbray neighbours, Dickinson & Morris – makers of hand-crafted, award-winning pork pies for over 170 years.
There will be beers to sample and a very special bespoke three-tier pork pie for us to cut into. This event is also an opportunity to meet Round Corner Brewing’s co-founder Combie Cryan, who will talk us through beers, pies, pairing them, and why Melton Mowbray, Britain’s oldest livestock market, is the rural capital of food.
Further Information
The tasting is taking place in The Oak Terrace and will last for 1 hour. Attendees must have booked a ticket for that evening’s performance of Itch. Tickets are limited.
