Join us for the return of our most popular annual pre-Season event, Prelude.
Taking place in the beautifully restored setting of Leighton House, spend an evening with Opera Holland Park’s principal artists and enjoy a selection of music from our upcoming Season, alongside a sparkling reception.
This year’s performers include Paul Carey Jones as the Dutchman and Eleanor Dennis as Senta in The Flying Dutchman, alongside Angharad Lyddon, who takes on the role of Mary. From Itch, Xavier Hetherington joins us ahead of making his role and company debut as Itchingham Lofte, with Rebecca Bottone returning as Jude Lofte / Rosanna Wing. Soprano Jennifer France will also perform, alongside José de Eça, as they make their role debuts as Lucia Ashton and Sir Edgardo di Ravenswood in Lucia di Lammermoor. Baritone Stephen Gadd, performing the role of Giorgio Germont in La traviata, will also join us for this intimate evening which is not to be missed.
