58 and CO is the house gin and vodka for OHP’s 2025 season. This small independent distillery founded and run by BBC’s Saturday Kitchen cocktail expert Carmen O’Neal (the CO in 58 and CO) is based in Haggerston where everything from distilling to bottling and distributing happens. Environmentally sustainable credentials are at the heart of 58 and CO – from the solar panels that power the stills, to the worms that eat their food waste, and bottles made in Yorkshire using recycled glass.

Carmen will be leading a guided tasting of the 58 and CO award-winning classic London Dry Gin and their Apple and Hibiscus Pink Gin. She’ll be talking through the history of gin, how gin is made, and what makes their gin so special.

There’ll also be tastings of the 58 and CO Triple Distilled Vodka made with 100% British wheat spirit and nothing else for an incredibly clean taste that has a hint of clotted cream and biscuit.

Tickets for this special event are £13 (the same as a G&T at the OHP bars) and include:

  • Guided gin tasting by maker Carmen O’Neal, founder of 58 and CO, with the opportunity to learn more about the history of gin and how gin is made
  • Tasting of 58 and CO’s Triple Distilled Vodka
  • A full-serve of 58 & CO London gin and Fever Tree tonic
