London CRU’s winery is tucked away down a little alleyway in SW6, housed within a former Victorian warehouse that was once a gin distillery. While the surroundings are steeped in history, innovation lies at the heart of London CRU. Their winery features precision temperature-controlled tanks alongside state-of-the-art winemaking facilities, including concrete tanks, stainless steel tanks, French oak barrels and modern concrete eggs.

In 2023, London CRU purchased Foxhole Vineyard, a 6.5-hectare site in West Sussex. Located just 45 minutes from the winery, the vineyard is planted with Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Bacchus. Established in 2008–09, the site gives London CRU complete control over their ambition to produce some of the finest still and sparkling wines in the UK.

Since launching, London CRU’s wines have won prestigious WineGB and International Wine Challenge (IWC) awards and are listed at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants in London and beyond.

This is an exceptional opportunity to sample a selection of London CRU’s premier sparkling wines before the performance of Die Fledermaus on Friday 31 July.
