Opera Holland Park is renowned among British opera companies as being accessible, affordable, informal and welcoming. However, the opera and classical music industry struggles, like many classical arts, to attract audiences of a wide cultural diversity.
We wish to hear from people who do not currently attend opera or classical music and who are from a diverse cultural background. We would like to find out why people do not consider live classical arts to be appealing, what the potential interest even is, what their impressions are and what they believe the barriers or the impediments are.
