Every year we are proud to provide thousands of free or subsidised tickets across our summer season, ring-fencing approximately 10% of our total seating capacity for:
- The youngest and oldest in our community;
- Those unable to afford full price tickets;
- Key workers from local boroughs;
- Families and individuals who may be new to opera and may enjoy the less formal atmosphere of Relaxed Performances.
Tickets that would normally cost between £60 and £178 are offered at discount or for free in a variety of different schemes. For the 2025 Season we are making some changes to the booking process and focus of various schemes in order to reach those who are most in need, and are extending our offering to include access to dress rehearsals for our Blue Light audiences and a fairer ballot system for our Inspire £25 tickets. Please read on for further information on the individual schemes we offer.
