Building on the success of our filmed productions, our Film Producer scheme gives supporters the opportunity to play a vital role in bringing Opera Holland Park’s work to the screen and sharing it with audiences far beyond the park. Our films allow us to showcase the quality and ambition of our productions nationally and internationally, and to extend their life through our education and outreach programme, Inspire, reaching hospitals, care homes and schools.
Strike gold and help us film two stellar productions
Join our Opera Holland Park production team as a Film Producer and help us record Puccini’s rare masterpiece, La fanciulla del West, and Strauss’ Viennese operetta Die Fledermaus. From £1,000 per production, your support will enable us to add these films to our digital archive and share it with our community and beyond: in hospitals, care homes and schools, and with members who can no longer attend our theatre.
In return for your support, you will receive an acknowledgment in the film’s credits and an invitation to the exclusive film premiere and reception in a boutique cinema.
La fanciulla del West was an incredible new production from Martin Lloyd Evans that reached an acclaimed creative peak, representing “Opera Holland Park at its very best” (★★★★★ The Stage). Our star-studded production of Die Fledermaus opens very soon from the dazzling Director and Choreographer, Liam Steel. For a limited-time only you can step closer to the action and observe the Die Fledermaus filming day in early August. Exclusively for Die Fledermaus donations of £2,000 and above. What our Film Producers say
“I so enjoyed having the chance to see the opera on the screen, bringing the whole experience alive again. It is such a great idea to offer this opportunity to your supporters.”
“Another OHP triumph!”
“The film was so enthralling; already a highly emotional plot, the film and acting/singing staging made it an incredible experience. Donizetti’s music still rings in my ears. While there is nothing like a live performance this film came close to taking us there (peacocks included) in the superb comfort of the Everyman. Our congratulations and thanks to all the production team and of course the cast.”
